Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing leads, as well as setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and social media.
Follow up with leads and conduct lead nurturing activities to build relationships and establish trust.
Set appointments for our sales team, including confirming appointment details and sending reminders.
Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, appointments, and sales activity.
Conduct outbound prospecting and marketing activities, including cold calling and email campaigns.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
